ten months {nora james}.

 

my sweet nora,

10 whole months my sweet!  and boy has it been a crazy 10th month.....our family has been sick sick and you managed to get impetigo {lovely little dots still healing all over your little body}, hand foot and mouth and another double ear infection all within a week, but hey we press on and you took it like a champ!  still happy as clam :) 

you have 5 teeth at the moment and you are awesome at chewing, eating everything we are eating these days.  your favorites include all types of fruits, most veggies and everything else we put in front of you.  you are kinda over your bottle these days and only really want milk from a bottle during the middle of the night, which you are still getting up about once a night :/

you are such a delight, always laughing, smiling, playing peek a boo and sweetly putting your head on our shoulders.  you are into everything your sister is these days which of course makes us super happy.  you two are really starting to play well together!  so keep up those good sisterly vibes :)

you have discovered our potted plants, which we did not have when your sister was this age, and know i know why....you run over to the plants, shove the dirt in your mouth and just laugh and laugh.
we are so excited to celebrate this holiday season with you!  your first thanksgiving and christmas when you are almost one year old - what fun!

we love you dearly sweet nora and just keep doing what you are doing! {except for getting up in the middle of night, we can be done with that please}

logan's 4th bday celebration!

logan's 4th birthday celebration was a great success!  the weather was perfect and we had a lovely time celebrating our gal turning FOUR! she wanted a super hero theme, so the kids decorated super hero masks and ran around in their capes. we borrowed a bounce house and fed them some cake and cupcakes, which logan said was her favorite part :)  the week leading up to the party was crazy as I came down with a stomach bug and the miss nora developed impetigo/hand food and mouth and a double ear infection.  she was looking not so good all rashy and all, but we pressed on!  here are few pics!

 

 cousin mereditha and cousin clark made a super hero appearance!

halloween jam.

for nora's first halloween she dressed up as a baby super hero and logan was a dancing shark.  she wanted me to put a little button on her costume so that when people pressed it - she would start dancing :)  good times in music class and fun times with friends!
