babymoon: part one.

next, we said adios to the parentals and 

started on our journey down the california coast. 

the california coast is some of the most beautiful scenery i have ever seen.

as long as i wasn't looking down from the elevated highway on the curvy parts of the road

i was good to go and 

we were enjoying the fabulous sights.

 {baby bump: 23 weeks}

 lunch at the lovely nepenthe restaurant.

on our way to san luis obispo, 

we stopped at the magnificent hearst castle, 

which houses an amazing collection of art and furniture.

inside the style is very gothic and ornate and 

outside the grounds and gardens are simply breathtaking.

we hit it on a prefect day with bright blue skies.
