progress!

we got progress people!  we FINALLY got the permits!  it was really frustrating how long this process took, especially since at the beginning of this whole deal they said we could get the permits in a few short weeks.  well it didn't take a few short weeks, it took a few LONG months.  but, we got them and the true work as begun!  check it out.

this is the existing kitchen.  it was way old and super out of date.  we really couldn't work with anything in there - so we are ripping it out and starting fresh.

this is the back of the house where we are putting the addition.
