our california trip! {san diego part one}.

after tons of fun in san fran, we headed south to explore san diego.  jeff and i have neither been to this sunny city and kept hearing how lovely and "kid friendly" it is.  fantastic san diego did not disappoint!  we hit up the beach every. single. day.  we lucked out on the location of our airbnb place {literally across the street from the beach in la jolla} - but the actual house was not so great and super dark, but the location could not be beat.  we would bring our breakfasts out to the beach, we ordered pizza one night and brought it to the beach - it was heaven!  and the cute little area of la jolla had some great restaurants and cute little shops.  logan fell hard for the beach and we keep telling her we will take her to galveston soon - but those san diego beaches are going to be pretty hard to live up to!  we LOVED san diego and it was just such a special and relaxing time for our little family.
