seven months. {nora james}

my nora bear,

happy seven months my sweet girl!  you continue to flash your big ole grin constantly these days and have started to giggle regularly....mainly when playing with your big sister or daddy.  you now have TWO bottom teeth that just popped through, and you are taking it like a champ.  bravo little one.

you are eating a TON these days.  your favorite is banana, which is funny since your sister did not like bananas one bit.  you are also digging blueberries, yogurt, cheese, turkey and anything pureed.  you are not so into avocado, hummus or raspberries.

you main mode of transportation is rolling around.  you are super close to crawling and sitting up on your own.  your favorite move is get up on all fours and rock back and forth, so i'm sure it won't be long before you are crawling everywhere.  we were very thankful that you did not become mobile for our recent beach trip.  it was such a treat to have to stay on the blanket at the beach :)

we love you so very much love bug and so very happy you are a part of our family!

xoxox,

mama

cape cod 2015.

we just returned from 9 glorious days in cape cod, massachuetts.  we started our trip with an over night in boston, stopped in plymouth for lunch, and then settled into the beach town of chatham, mass.  we spent our days going to the beach, exploring the charming town of chatham, eating tons of ice cream, and enjoying dinners out (and one dinner in). our dear friends, the nolands, joined us for a few days....which was so special to have that quality time with them.  we miss them since moving away from dc.  we came back refreshed and a bit tanner :)  we have already decided it is a repeat trip!
