twelve months {nora james}.

sweet nora bear,

one whole year - i just can't believe it.  your SPUNKY personality has really been showing this last month....some of your favorite things to do right now include: flinging your food (jackson pollock style) on our walls, having epic meltdowns as i try to put you in your car seat (which is alot when you have a big sister and live in houston, tx), eating the dirt in our potted plants and pitching me to get a reaction.

with all that, comes so much love, joyfulness and overall happiness.  you smile ALL THE TIME and to everyone you meet.  you are making new friends at every corner when you flash that lovely, dimple-filled smile.  lots of giggling and lots of snuggles, hugs and kisses - it is pretty stinkin cute.

you are sort of walking.....for about three weeks now you take about 5-10 steps and then fall down and continue to crawl.  we kinda thought you would have taken off by now.....but you are taking your time, which is fine by us ;)

you continue to eat an insane amount of food all the time and eat almost everything we put in front of you - wahooo!  you absolutely love your music class and are always dancing to the beat anytime music is playing.  you just love to have dance parties with your daddy and big sister.

you have eight teeth and apparently are cutting your molars, which i had no idea until we went to your 1 year check up.  you are mighty tall (90%) and chunky too (70%).

we love you to pieces sweet nora bear.  you have given us so much joy and happiness this last year just by being you.  so keep it up - we cannot wait to see what you will do next!  we love you so!
