this year for jeff's company picnic, 

we ventured to claude moore colonial farm in mclean, va.

i loved the venue this year...

an outdoor pavilion amongst the gorgeous fall foliage

 with weather that was perfectly fallish: cool and crisp.

we took a little walk to the nearby colonial farm

and snapped some pictures.

you will also be happy to know that jeffrey

was the champion of the corn hole tournament

and the adult hula hoop competition. 

i felt oh so proud.
