sunday at the zoo.

on sunday, our little family wondered over to the amazing national zoo {the houston zoo which jeff and i grew up going to is pretty rad too}.  but, what i love about the national zoo is that it is FREE, in the middle of our city, has wide range of animals and it is metro accessible.  logs is still on the younger side to fully appreciate all the animals, but it was a lovely family outing.  plus there were dippin dots, which is reason in of itself to visit.

 
p.s. - i highly recommend the chewbeads i'm wearing for mothers with teething babies.  they are made of the same material as pacifiers and logan loves to chew chew chew on mine!
