handmade valentines.

we made lots of homemade valentines this year with a wide variety of materials.  but, i have to say my favorites were the watercolor hearts.  just start with watercolor paper and let your painter have access to the "vday colors" - red, pinks and purples.  i put logan in the tub for this part - which worked wonders because she was contained :)  then, i had her paint on old newspapers with more cool colors - blues, purples, and greens.  i cut out the hearts and logan helped me glue them on the watercolor paper with glue sticks.  super colorful and super easy.
